C-Net Web Services, operated from MCI Campus, Quamruddin Ganj, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda – 803101, Bihar, India, respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled when you use our website, free-trial website service, client portal and mobile application.
Information we collect
- Identity and contact information you provide, such as name, business name, email address, mobile number and address.
- Trial and final website information, including selected template, subdomain, service requirements and project status.
- Authentication information such as one-time-password records, secure session tokens and device name.
- Enquiries, support messages and account/data deletion requests.
- Basic technical and security logs, including IP address, request time and error information.
How we use information
We use information only to provide trial and final website services, authenticate clients, display project status, respond to enquiries, prevent abuse, maintain security, comply with law and improve service reliability. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for third-party behavioural advertising.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by hosting, email, domain, security and infrastructure providers only as needed to deliver the requested service. We may disclose information where legally required or to protect users and the service from fraud or abuse.
Security
Data is transmitted through HTTPS. OTPs and access tokens are time-limited or securely hashed where applicable. Administrative access is restricted. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are maintained.
Retention and deletion
We retain records only while needed for active trials, projects, support, security, accounting or legal obligations. Expired OTPs and sessions are removed or invalidated. You may request deletion of your client account and associated personal data from our Account & Data Deletion page. Verified requests are normally processed within 30 days. Limited records may be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention or financial compliance.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information and may sign out of the app to remove its local authentication token. Contact us if you believe any information is inaccurate.
Children
C-Net Web Services is a business and website-service application and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the app.
